Alpaca Boarding (Adjisting)
Boarding is just $4 per day per alpaca and includes the following
- Daily Care
- Feed
- Supplements
- Electrolytes when required
- Routine care
Routine births carry no charge, however we recommend a post-partum veterinarian check-up. All vet expenses are billed to you at cost.
Before entry, all animals must test negative for Bovine Viral Diahrea (BVD) by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or Virus Isolation (VI) testing. The veterinarian who completes the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) must list the following information directly onto the CVI:
- The negative BVD test result
- The date of BVD testing
- The lab that did the testing
- The accession number of the test (every lab will list this with the results)
- The method of testing (PCR or VI)
